Can 70 is a group of people who decide to create a co-living structure to spend their retirement together. 

The structure consists of vertical wet cores that organize the space. Functional homes with powerful common areas forcing the interaction between tenants. The project is not only raised in a block whose roof houses has an urban gardens, but the project extends on the ground floor taking advantage of the old factories, giving the project an identity.
