The program of this course was housing and city.
160 social apartments with a variety of commune spaces and activities. On the ground floor, the housing is mixed with offices and small shops, giving the sensation of a small village. The Location is in the area of the historical industrial area of Can Ricart.
Two realities.  One hard and one soft. The hard one is typical of the rigidity of the Eixample, while the other tries to escape with an organic geometry of the day-to-day life of the city.
